I had bulging discs in my lower back and could not walk or sit without severe pain. I thought I would have to rely on pain medication and possibly surgery. After the initial X-rays and a few adjustments, my pain has become much more manageable, and I’ve been able to return to my normal daily activities without needing the combination of a shoulder brace and elbow brace that I previously relied on just to get through the day.
