Chiropractor in Roswell, GA | New Patient Information

Your First Visit

Prior to arriving for your first appointment, you will receive and be asked to fill out the online intake forms. If you’re unable to do so, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete them. You will also receive an email with pre-visit instructions.

During the consultation, the doctor will ask you about your health concerns to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of what’s going on. We will track symptoms closely throughout care and gather tons of data related to how you’re responding. This way we can ensure we are thoroughly addressing your health concerns and working toward achieving great results. We love helping people experience optimal health.

Next is a comprehensive exam involving thermography scans, neurological tests, and functional tests that give us insight into imbalances occurring within the body. We also take both static and motion x-rays. Static x-rays allow us to assess the health of the spine and track structural & postural changes over time. Motion x-rays are used to assess biomechanical dysfunction throughout the spine, allowing us to adjust you with exceptional precision & accuracy compared to other commonly used methods.

In some cases, it may be determined that immediate care is needed and the first adjustment may occur at the first visit. However, in most cases, your chiropractor will take the time to review your exam and x-ray results, carefully constructing a strategic plan for you, and your first adjustment will occur at your second visit.

Your Second Visit

At your second visit, your chiropractor will review your x-ray findings in-depth with you. You will get to see exactly what the problem is and how it will be addressed. After reviewing your findings, you will receive a care recommendation and payment options. The doctor will answer any questions you have, and when you’re ready, you’ll receive your first adjustment.

Financials

We are proud to offer a variety of different payment plans as well as in-house financing options designed to suit any budget. We are committed to ensuring that the financial aspect of care does not act as a barrier to receiving the care you need.

If you’re interested in using your insurance coverage, we will assist you in determining your coverage and help you file with your insurance company. However, we are not in-network with insurance companies, other than Medicare. Several major insurance companies do reimburse for out-of-network care, and we provide all necessary documentation. We accept HSA, FSA, and major credit cards. We also work directly with Medicare. Additionally, we offer first responder and military discounts. Our care is affordable; speak with us about your options.

FAQs

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, we work directly with Medicare.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Medicaid does not cover chiropractic in Georgia. However, if you qualify for Medicaid you may qualify for our Community Care program. Does it hurt?

No. Dr. Lauren understands the fear associated with seeing a chiropractor. Please let her know if you have any concerns. There will not be any surprises and she will walk you through everything slowly to ensure you’re comfortable.

Is it safe?

Yes! The techniques Dr. Lauren uses are gentle and do not involve twisting or cracking. By utilizing drop table adjustments, computer-assisted adjusting instruments, and precise adjustments guided by motion X-ray findings, she is able to provide effective care with minimal force. Severe adverse reactions are already extremely rare with chiropractic care, however Dr. Lauren further minimizes those risks through gentle, precise adjustments that remain within your body’s normal range of motion.

How much does it cost?

Please call the office for a free phone consultation & exam pricing. Dr. Lauren doesn’t utilize a cookie cutter approach for her patients. Amount of care recommended varies depending on age, severity of symptoms, severity of spinal condition on x-ray, and nature of symptoms. Total cost of care is determined by what’s needed. Dr. Lauren offers a variety of payment plans as well as in-house financing options to best serve her community.
